For more than two decades, I have worked with professionals, organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies across the Caribbean, helping them strengthen leadership, improve organizational performance, and build practical capabilities that create measurable results.

Throughout my career, I have learned one important lesson:

People do not transform because they attend training. They transform when learning becomes meaningful, practical, and connected to real life.

That belief has shaped every programme I design and every organization I work with.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP®️), leadership consultant, and Facilities Management Practitioner, I combine international best practices with practical workplace experience to deliver learning that participants can immediately apply within their organizations.

My Journey Where Learning Meets Experience

Early in my career, I discovered that the most powerful learning rarely happened inside a classroom.

Those moments inspired a completely different way of thinking about professional development.

Instead of asking, "How do we teach people?" I began asking, "How do people actually learn?" That simple question changed everything.

The Birth of Lime & Learn

From that idea, Lime & Learn was born. Inspired by the Caribbean tradition of "liming"—bringing people together to share stories, ideas, experiences, and laughter—Lime & Learn transforms everyday experiences into meaningful learning opportunities.
